A quick and easy stir fry made with tender chicken, mixed vegetables, hokkien noodles, and a savoury teriyaki sauce. Perfect for a weeknight meal on the Blackstone griddle.
Directions
- Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium heat.
- Add 1 tablespoon of avocado oil to the griddle. Add the frozen stir fry vegetables and the white and light green parts of the green onions. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently, until the vegetables are heated through and tender.
- In a separate area of the griddle, add the cooked chicken and heat until warmed through.
- Place the Hokkien noodles alongside the chicken. Add 2 tablespoons of water and gently toss to separate the noodles, adding more water as needed.
- Combine the chicken, noodles, and vegetables on the griddle, mixing until evenly distributed.
- Create a small space in the centre of the mixture and add 1 teaspoon of avocado oil, followed by the minced ginger and garlic. Cook for approximately 30 seconds, stirring until fragrant.
- Pour the soy sauce over the garlic and ginger, allowing it to sizzle briefly before tossing everything together.
- Drizzle the teriyaki sauce over the stir fry and toss until the chicken, noodles, and vegetables are evenly coated and heated through. Add more sauce to taste if desired.
- Remove from the griddle and garnish with the reserved green onion tops and sesame seeds before serving.
